Motors with brakes - electric motors with electromagnetic brakes are designed to drive mechanisms that require a fixed stop for a regulated time after disconnecting from the mains or positioning the load.
AIR E motors are asynchronous electric motors with a built-in brake. The time of disinhibition is not more than 0.2 s. The time of disconnecting the brake is not more than 0.1 s.
AIR EC motors are asynchronous electric motors with an attached brake. The disinhibition time is not more than 0.3 s. The braking time is not more than 0.5 s.
